A: You may enter multiple entries but only one file is permitted per submission and only one submission per person or group would have the potential to advance.

Q: You have listed different areas of Portland on the form. Should I select where I live or where I work?
A: Please submit based on what neighborhood best reflects your design.
Q: How will my design fit on a bike wrap?
A: Our bike wrap designer will work with your design so it fits on the bike, staying as true as possible to the intention of your submission.
Q: Can I submit on behalf of another individual?
A: Submissions cannot be done on another person’s behalf with the exception of a person with a disability or language barrier who needs assistance. In this case, a design may be submitted on another person’s behalf as long as the submission is in that person’s name.
Q: When can I submit my design?
A: The site will open for submissions on February 14, 2018.

A: The site will stop accepting submissions at 8pm, PST, on March 7, 2018.
